Refunds & Exchanges

No returns.

Exchanges on damaged items only.

Our policy lasts 14 days. You are eligible for exchange/ refund (under the conditions below) if it is within 14 days of the arrival of your purchase. Refunds are offered in the form of exchange, given our business model of sustainability, fair-trade, eco-friendly and set up as indie-designer model.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Used/ worn items
Limited Edition Items
Custom Designs

To complete your refund/ return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Print or e-receipt acceptable.

Exchanges/ Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received by ZAHARA JADE and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and provided within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange and replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will do whatever possible to remedy the scenario.

Customers returning products are responsible for shipping on both ends, International shipping back to Asia and then again back to your home country. Please coordinate with ZAHARA JADE contact in order to work out best location for delivery at the time of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
